Life in Bakersfield is going great for us. Over the past month we had Jacque's Parents come to see us. We got callings in church, Mike is a Teacher's Advisor and Jacque is a Sunday School teacher for the 16-18 years olds. But we have been house hunting quite a bit over the past few weeks. So far we have seen many nice houses in which we would like to buy but the market, although it is down, we have found it hard to get in house without having a bidding war. We are in the process of working out a price with a bank-owned home. We have put in many offers on many homes and we are hoping that this home comes through for us. The only thing is that the House is not in our ward boundary so we will be leaving our ward if this house works out.

I approve of your kitchen!! Are you going to fill it with Williams- Sonoma things?? lol.. OH how I miss you at 197... which by the way after the construction is over will be now called store #460. Weird. Miss you! Love the house and your art!!
